Head Chef

With over 20 years of culinary experience local and overseas, Chef Sani’s demonstrates his love for aesthetic through the plating of his food as well as his vision for French fusion cuisine through the mix of flavours and techniques in his creations.

“It’s always a blessing to be mad, only by being mad, we can push beyond what are the normal boundaries in food and dare to try different flavours and techniques.”

Tahir Amin

Senior Sous Chef

Older brother to Chef Sani and with over 20 years of experience as a head chef and executive chef in other restaurants, Chef Tahir guides the kitchen team as a firm and fatherly figure, making sure every junior staff can recreate the menu with perfection.

Nadhirah Norhan

Pastry Chef

One of the youngest in the kitchen team, Chef Nadhirah was trained classically in traditional desserts and pastries and strives to incorporate new and interesting flavours in classical desserts.

“I want to serve pastries that come from the heart. A great twist, with a taste of sweetness and sourness, for a great ending to a wonderful meal.”

CUISINE

“The White Label is not only serving French cuisine but one that is made Halal as well.

Other than classical French cuisine, we strive to push the boundaries of food by incorporating local flavours into classical French cuisine into what we deem as French Malayan Cuisine.”

DESIGN

Inspired by the Parisian cafés, The White Label is designed to be elegant, timeless and romantic. Decked in warm lights with gold chandeliers and marbled tables, the interior designs offers a cosy setting with a touch of class, elegance and sophistication.

The highlight of the interior design is our open food preparations areas such as our bar and pastry kitchen in which customer can see how we freshly grind each cup of coffee as well plate ever single dessert with love.
