At TWL, we like to pay homage to our local roots as well by recreating the famous French style vol-au-vent into a local styled vol-au-vent. Fork-tender pulled beef placed in a “Kueh Pie Tee” shell and topped with serunding and our in-house chilli belado.

Wagyu aux Pommes Pavé

240g M6/7 Wagyu Ribeye. Rosemary Potato Pavé. US Asparagus. Seasonal Vegetables. Strawberry Balsamic Reduction.

Using M6/M7 Wagyu Ribeye imported from Australia, this tender and marbled cut of meat is expertly seared to perfection, creating a caramelized crust while preserving its melt-in-your-mouth texture.

Alongside the beef, the potato pavés add a crispy and creamy element to the dish. The crowning glory would be our strawberry balsamic reduction to add a touch of luxury and balance to the fattiness of the Wagyu.  Together, this combination creates a symphony of flavors that is both decadent and harmonious, satisfying the most discerning palates.

Herb Crusted Lamb Rack

Lamb Racks are trimmed a day before and marinated in various spices over 2-hour period. To prevent the lamb from being tough, the lamb racks are coated with our in-house herb mix and seared and roasted ala minute upon customer order.

Jarret de Veau, also known as veal shank, is a delectable culinary delight that hails from French cuisine.

This tender cut of veal is derived from the lower part of the calf’s leg and is renowned for its rich flavors and succulent texture. Braised slowly with our in-house blend or aromatics to achieve maximum tenderness. The result is meat that is fall-off-the-bone tender and infused with a delightful bouquet of flavors.

Served alongside creamy parmesan mashed potatoes this classic French dish is a true gastronomic indulgence.
